Nicole Endacott

Nicole Endacott

Senior Consultant Social Outcomes & Engagement Lead

Biography

Nicole has worked around social change since 2002, working in a range of focus areas and at different scales – from community-based environments through to large scale, national work.

Her work comes from a deep belief that to address the complex social and environmental challenges of our time, we need community-hearted systems change.

A systemic approach provides a framework for understanding and addressing the multi-faceted causes, and cultural and structural drivers. Engaging people who have lived expertise strengthens systems change and policy work and is key to successful co-design.

Through her work, Nicole seeks to build bridges to enable more sustainable change: between sectors, between people from diverse backgrounds, skills, and experience, between “grass roots” and “top down”, between the people who write policy and the people about whom policy is written.
